By accessing or using PressDown.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PressDown.app provides a web-based platform for converting Markdown files into paginated eBooks (EPUB, PDF). Features include AI-assisted writing, cover generation, and formatting tools.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms.
4. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain full ownership of the intellectual property you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, worldwide license to process, format, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Our Content: The Service's software, design, logos, and original content are owned by PressDown.app and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription ("Pro Plan"). Payments are processed through third-party services. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as detailed in our refund policy.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
- Use the Service for automated data scraping or spam.
- Reverse engineer the Service's underlying technology.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PressDown.app be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
